ST. THOMAS, US Virgin Islands (October 4, 2004) – Communication Technologies, Inc. The residents and businesses of St. Thomas will now benefit from secure, reliable broadband services including high-speed Internet access (T-1 through OC-12), video teleconferencing and telemedicine applications.
