For every three friends or colleagues you refer that sign up for COMTek Broadband Service and pay for one month of service, we will give you 10% off of your monthly bill for three months.*

To qualify for the COMTek Broadband Service Referral Program, you must notify COMTek in writing of the names of all customers that you have referred using our Referral Program Form.

We will verify that your referrals have signed up and paid for COMTek Broadband Service prior to crediting your account.  You will be notified in writing when your account has been credited for a referral.

There is no limit to the number of referral credits you can receive during the period in which this offer is available.

*This offer is valid until December 31, 2004.  To qualify for credits, you must complete and submit a referral form and your three referrals must have paid for at least one month of service by December 31, 2004.
