Payment Questions

We offer three payment methods at this time:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover),
- Check
- Money Order
|
If you choose to pay by check on a monthly or annual pre-payment basis, you’re welcome to mail in your payment to our office or bring your payment into our St. Thomas location.

If you choose to pay by cash, our hours of operation are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday in our convenient downtown St. Thomas location Our customer service representatives are happy to receive your payments in person and handle any other needs you may have.

Customers are also offered the option to pay by credit card monthly or on a recurring basis. You can process your payment online at the My Account section of our web site. We recommend that you opt for the recurring payment method of credit card payment so that you don’t have to worry about your Internet access bill each month. A third credit card option offered is annual prepayment of your service. At the end of your service term, you will automatically be charged for another year of service. You’re also welcome to come in person to our office and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to process your credit card payment for you.

Credits and Cancellations

If at any time you experience service problems of any kind, please contact our customer service team at 340.715.4818 and they will be happy to address your concerns. COMTek will extend account credit on a case-by-case basis.

While we are committed to customer satisfaction, we understand that some customers may need to cancel their service. If at any time you wish to cancel your service please contact our customer service team and they will assist you with your request.
